We believe different material or a unique comb of materials would produce different resulting function and wearing experiences. Currently, we are focusing and testing on textile materials with new functional properties such as breathable, antibacterial, anti-stress, anti-fatigue,thermal-regulating, etc.

Sourcing

We are constantly searching & updating our library of innovative functional material suppliers around the globe. We only source from credible suppliers with SGS verified functional raw materials. They might cost a little bit more than traditional standard materials but you sure will enjoy their positive results and corresponding comfort.

Preparation

Some of the new functional materials might need to take extra steps during dyeing, twisting. This is what comes handy with our knowledge and experience. Together with graphic design, sampling etc, we carefully inspect every batch and monitor the sampling results to ensure what goes into production is optimally prepared.

Manufacturing

We subcontract multiple state of art hosiery manufacturing facilities in China for different type/style/functional needs. The products are specialize in insoles, socks, calf/knee/elbow sleeves, back braces and other innovative wearable products with optimal quality, price and schedule efficiency.

QA Processing

Comprehensive inspection for each and every piece of knitted product is strictly enforced during the post manufacturing process. Everything is turned inside-out and carefully inspected by a human quality controller before passes over the the next phase.

Packaging

This is the most creative area that adds a final touch to enhance customer value & experience. We provide end to end custom design with multi layer packaging solutions with boards/poly bags/ color boxes or you provide us with your design and/or suggestion of packaging materials.

Delivery

The average delivery is 45 days after payment (acceptable payment term: T/T or L/C). We provide Land/Air/Sea Freight with priority or express EXW/ FOB/CIF/DDU/DDP of your choice.
